The diagnosis cervical arthrosis was made and physiotherapy advised 2 Three-dimensional Computed tomography scan revealed bilateral processes: both processes were found to be longer than normal. No vascular compression documented. Surgery but patient has refused. management conservative non-steroid analgesics antalgics. These symptoms are not specific because related this can confused those attributed wide variety disorders including facial neuralgias, oral, otologic, spinal diseases.
